Vision
By Rev. Keith Horwitz
“To have great perception is to be connected to the vision of inspired ideas that lift us beyond the limitations of finite living.” That is what I heard the day I decided to raise my prosperity consciousness. At a time when I was having financial challenges, my intention was to seek the true meaning of prosperity.
Scheming and working hard had taken its toll, driving me to seek options to this way of life. As I reflected during meditation, Reverend Michael’s passion for Life Visioning caused me to explore God’s vision of financial freedom for my life. During my practice of the Life Visioning Process, a dormant belief came into my awareness: I loathed British royalty. Apparently, this was an opinion I formed somewhere in time which was attached to a belief that wealthy people are cruel and callous. Within myself I was a house divided: being loving and compassionate was at odds with the subconscious idea of wealthy people. As this rose for healing, passion awoke within my being.
The voice continued: “Your passion, as interwoven with generosity, kindness, and self love will supply you abundantly.” As I surrendered to that statement, the grace of abundance provided opportunities in sync with my heart’s desires, beginning with an all expense paid trip to the Holy Land that included synchronistic meetings with clients and colleagues in my field of passion.
The Practice:
Set aside 10 minutes to contemplate an area of your life in which you choose to evolve. Next, write the desired area in a journal. When you feel ready, ask the question, “What is God’s vision of this aspect of my life? Next ask, “What must I let go of to attract this into my life?” Then ask the final question, “What qualities must I embody for this to manifest in my life?” Finish with a statement of gratitude, and simply let it be.
